"I do not use storage solutions however, I got a flat tire right in front of the building and pulled into the driveway to be off the main road. The manager, Mike, pulled in shortly after and immediately volunteered to help change my tire. His kindness and willingness to help people shows in his actions! He did not hesitate to lend a helping hand and taught me a lesson or two about changing a tire. The best part is that they only raise the rent 10% once a year. Not like other storage facilities that raise the rent every 3 months. "Did rental reservation online. Finished in person. Got email on phone with lock code and parking and storage bin location. Can park on first floor. Some flat surfaces 4 wheel 'dollies' (?) provided.unload truck truck to dolly to elevator to 2nd or 3rd floor bin location. Lock can be purchased in office. 24,7 access with code. If unloading truck try to avoid'rush hour'. 3 people to unload truck for security of open truck and open bin makes it fairly easy. Well done to office, cleanliness, inside unloading, and inside temp humidity control."

"I reserved a 10x15 storage space one day and was able to move in the second. The online registration process was straightforward and the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly in concluding the bits they needed to do. The biggest surprise was the quality of the shop. I was able to bring my 15-ft. UHaul right into a special garage right next to the elevator. As promised, there were two well-functioning carriers. The entire place was well-lit and air-conditioned. The elevator was just the right size, and the whole place was clean and orderly. And I'm happy with the price, too, one of the best I found, especially for climate controlled. I look forward to our time together!"
