"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sterling Storage Solutions. My family moved from TX to MA without having bought a home prior to the move, with plans to stay with family while we continued to look for a place. As such, we needed a place to store our items. I spoke with and emailed with Sharon at Sterling Storage Solutions. Her prices were competitive and her customer service was phenomenal. She held a storage unit for us without needing a deposit. Our items were delayed by over a month, and she continued to hold the unit for us, no questions asked. In the end, my items were delayed so long (due to a very bad situation with our movers) that we moved into a new home and our items never needed to be stored. I felt so bad that she had kept a storage unit for us during that time, but she was still super nice even when I told her we wouldn't need the unit after she held it for over 2 months. You just can't find customer service like this anywhere else - it was fantastic (and I wish my moving company had even an ounce of Sharon's customer service). I have no reservations recommending Sterling Storage Solutions and Sharon, and will use them if I ever need storage in the area for another move or any other reason. Thanks, Sharon!"

"Sharon and Jennifer were absolutely fantastic. This was our first time renting a storage locker, and this facility and their staff certainly made an amazing first impression. A beautiful and comfortable office, clean climate controlled lockers, and the most friendly and helpful staff that anyone could ask for. It felt a little more like were checking into a 5 star hotel rather than a storage facility! Their prices were slightly higher than the other facility we checked out, but (as of this writing) they offer the first month free which offsets the difference. Even if it were not for the free month promotion, we would still chose this facility for all the reasons mentioned above. Not sure how long we will need the locker, or if we'll ever need one again in the future, but if we do, we'll certainly be back."
