I was super impressed with the facility and its security system. Suzanne, the facilities manager, is super customer focused, very professional and was exceptionally helpful to me when we moved things into storage!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Suzanne and North Reading Storage solutions. Moving is stressful and chaotic but storing our household between moves could not have been easier. The facility is clean and safe and Suzanne is just the nicest person you’d ever hope to meet. Highly recommended!

Suzanne has been so helpful as we are transitioning from our house of 28 years to a huge permanent move across Country. She went above and beyond on the day that our moving company was loading into a large unit that we reserved and stayed an extra 3 hours past her shift in case we needed another unit and we did. She promptly went on the computer and searched for an empty unit and the moving company continued loading into the second space. We don't know what we would have done if she hadn't stayed and she did everything with a smile. Suzanne is one hard worker and a dedicated employee.
